- Craniosacral Therapy (CST) focuses on the body’s ability to heal. The therapist’s job is to provide needed resources to allow the healing to take place.
- Clients are fully clothed, and lie on a message table if they are able. The therapist uses a light touch to “listen” to the body (similar to using touch to feel the pulse). This allows the therapist to find and work with restrictions in the body that are often at the root of symptoms. This often results in:
- Relieving pain anywhere in the body, whether it be in the shoulder, neck, back, lower back, buttocks, legs, arms, hands, feet, headaches, abdomen, etc.
- Soothing, calming and relieving stress, allowing for a refreshed and revitalized body and mind
- Releasing tensions deep in the body
- Improving overall health and vitality
- Gaining more calmness and clarity
- Deep relaxation and stress relief
- CST is suitable for all health conditions with the exception that any brain or skull injuries, or other serious health issues, must first get doctor’s approval.
- Each session unfolds uniquely based on a deep listening to the person and to the body.
