Cecelia Borden

I am a licensed massage therapist in Wisconsin and owner of Better With Massage. I have been lucky enough to have had two amazing careers. I received a Master’s Degree in computer science and worked for many years in software development and software project management. As I have been personally helped greatly with massage and craniosacral therapy, I decided to change my life’s work to bodywork. There are actually similarities between the two careers, including the need to clearly understand what is going on, what is needed, how to troubleshoot, how to continually learn and apply that knowledge, and how to provide solutions. In the software world, I always approached my work with a focus on the person using the software. They need it to be reliable, work well, and be straightforward. The same applies to bodywork. I look forward to working with you.

Focus on calming the nervous system and tensions in the body so that healing can occur. Additional focus on strengthening the immune response and dissipating the effects of trauma and negative emotional experiences.

Focus on assessing and resolving tensions within the abdomen to allow the digestive system to work more effectively.

Precision Neuromuscular Therapy

Focus on relieving muscular pain and improving range of motion in low back and spine, neck and head, lower extremities and upper extremities.
